IMINA is led by a founder with a long-term vision for Nigeria's gas industry and supported by a board and management team committed to excellence, governance and sustainable growth.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With over 12 years of experience in the LPG, Oil & Gas retail sector, Elliot brings practical expertise in downstream gas operations, business development and infrastructure development to IMINA.
He is passionate about building sustainable infrastructure that converts wasted resources into wealth, creates jobs and drives economic prosperity for generations. He started IMINA — meaning "Dream" — to unlock the value of Nigeria's abundant natural gas, eliminate routine flaring and develop infrastructure that delivers cleaner energy, jobs and long-term economic prosperity.
“The Mission is simple: to convert wasted gas into wealth, power and a better future for Nigeria and generations to come.”

As the project advances toward FEED and FID, IMINA is building a senior leadership team with deep expertise in process engineering, project finance, commercial operations and host-community engagement. Board and executive appointments will be announced as the project reaches key milestones.
