IMINA is a Nigerian clean-energy and industrial infrastructure company developing a proposed 50 MMSCFD cryogenic wet-gas processing facility at Ologbo, Edo State.

Who we are

Founded by Nigerians with deep experience across energy, engineering and project development, IMINA was established to capture value from Nigeria's abundant natural gas while reducing environmental impact and supporting domestic energy security.

Our first project is a proposed 50 MMSCFD cryogenic wet-gas processing plant in the Ologbo Industrial Corridor of Ikpoba-Okha LGA, Edo State. The plant will produce LPG, industrial propane, condensate, CNG, sales gas and on-site power for domestic and regional markets.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Elliot is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in the LPG, Oil & Gas retail sector, practical expertise in downstream gas operations, business development and infrastructure development.

He is passionate about building sustainable infrastructure that converts wasted resources into wealth, creates jobs and drives economic prosperity for generations. He started IMINA — meaning "Dream" — to unlock the value of Nigeria's abundant natural gas, eliminate routine flaring and develop infrastructure that delivers cleaner energy, jobs and long-term economic prosperity.

His goal is to build a world-class gas processing infrastructure that transforms Nigeria's energy landscape and creates sustainable value for generations to come.

Co-Director and General Manager of Aico Gas, Benin City, operating 8 retail gas plants with a combined 300 MT total storage capacity.

Track record

12+ years across LPG/downstream retail operations, plant commissioning and management, business development, and infrastructure delivery in Nigeria's gas sector.
